KIDCENTRAL RETAILER AGREEMENT

Section 1 - General Terms

MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY
All kidcentral orders have a $250 order minimum (not including shipping).

BACKORDERS
We automatically ship backorders once they become available. If you have any special instructions or requests concerning backorders please email [email protected]

SHIPPING
Orders will ship out of our warehouse in Toronto, Canada. Once your order has been processed you will receive your full invoice.

DROPSHIPPING
Kidcentral offers dropshipping options for retailers integrated with EDI & Commercehub.

PRODUCT IMAGES
Looking for product images? We can help! On the Kidcentral homepage look for the link that says “Image Gallery” All of our products images will be under that link. If you require any additional images please contact [email protected]

SELLING PRODUCT
All Products must be resold in Canada. 3rd party resellers are strictly prohibited.

RETURN POLICY
Kidcentral guarantees most purchases. Any product purchased through Kidcentral can be shipped back for account credit with prior approval. A credit on the account will be given based on the following criteria:

  • Packaging is in resalable condition, not damaged without price sticker residue.Product is not discontinued or seasonal.
  • All clearance items are final sale (no returns). If a product was purchased at regular price and is now on clearance It can no longer be returned.
  • Buyer returns & pays for return shipping of products.
  • Products are not price stickered.

Do not return product without first receiving an RA number. Contact [email protected] for all questions about returns  

INVENTORY POLICY
Kidcentral's inventory stock is subject to change at any time. If a product is backordered and you would like an update on availability please contact customer service (416 530 7529 ext 226).

DEFECTIVE PRODUCT
Any concerns regarding defective issues will be handled by our Customer Service Department. Kidcentral will issue an account credit upon receipt of RA products. Please contact Kidcentral’s customer service.

Kids II Contact Info
Kids II products have a 1 year manufacturer. Consumers must contact KIDS II customer relations directly regarding product defects related to these brands at 1-800-230-8190.

Philips Avent Contact Info 
Kidcentral accepts defective returns on the following products which carry a 2 year warranty from bill of sale date. Please have your customer contact Philips Avent directly for any warrant issues. Approved Philips Avent products for Kidcentral returns include the following:

  • Electronic Breast Pumps
  • Electronic Sterilizers
  • Electric Bottle Warmers
  • Baby Monitors

Consumers with inquiries regarding Philips Avent Products not listed above should contact Philips Avent Customer Care Centre for defectives replacements. Please have the consumer (end user) contact 1-800-542-8368.

Stonz Contact Info
Stonz has agreed to offer a replacement and in case Stonz doesn’t have the product in stock customer service will issue a store credit for the cost equivalent to what that customer paid the retailer.
